Tablets

Preparations in the form of uncoated tablets (the so-called Cores) and coated ones are one of the most popular. Low production costs and ease of application are the basic advantages of this form. Uncoated tablets are used when the substance contained in them is to be absorbed by the body quickly and effectively. However, they are problematic in application. The solution to facilitate swallowing is coating tablets with a special layer, which gives the preparation the right smoothness and, moreover, masks the unpleasant taste of the preparation.
